About our Rates

  • Minimum weekly bookings during summer, and three night bookings during winter (smaller bookings to be approved by host)

  • Summer rates commence May Long Weekend and end September Long Weekend

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Damage Deposit: $1,000.  Upon inspection at the termination of rental, this deposit will be refunded less any costs for damage(s) incurred.

  • A cleaning fee of $300 will be applied to all rental agreements. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

  • Bookings can only be done through AirBnB and VRBO.
